1 जुलाई 2025 भारत बंद की पूर्व संध्या के देश के नाम संबोधन का सीधा प्रसारण दिनांक 30 जून 2025 सोमवार रात 8:00 -- मैं दिवेश कुमार भट्ट 26 साल अनुभवी उप यंत्री दंतेवाड़ा माननीय सेवानिवृत्ति अधीक्षण अभियंता टोपो साहब की सेवा निवृत्ति के अवसर पर आज दिनांक 30 जून 2025 सोमवार को लिंग स्क्रू और ओला फटफटी सहित उपस्थित हूं और आपके द्वारा की गई निलंबन और निलंबन से बहाली की मेहरबानी से अपने लेखन व्यक्तित्व और कृतित्व को निरंतर रख सका । 10 साल पहले इसी जून के महीने में जब मुझे पीएचडी उपाधि पूर्ण करने और विदेशों में अनुसंधान यात्रा पूर्ण करने के बाद समय की अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता हुई तो मैं आपके आदेश पर खुद कारागार में स्क्रू और लिंग सहित बिना फटफटी बंद हो गया । आपको शायद याद होगा कि पीएचडी और पासपोर्ट की अनुमति और विदेशों में अनुसंधान कार्यों की अनुमति की मेहरबानी भी आप ही ने 25 साल तत्कालीन कार्यपालन यंत्री के रूप में करी थी जिससे मैं कोरोना और नक्सली समस्या को समय पर खत्म कर सका । तिहाड में मैंने अपने इंजीनियरिंग के अद्भुत कार्य को खाली समय में कुर्सी टेबल बनाने और चक्की पीसने के अलावा लेखन कार्य किया और यही कारण है कि पिछले 10 साल से जो भी डिप्लोमा डिग्री धारी अभियंता शासन की समाज की सेवा कर रहे हैं वह मेरे त्रुटि रहित ग्रंथ लेखन का अवलोकन कर निष्पक्ष इंजीनियर बन पाए हैं । मैं जो भी लेखन कार्य करता हूं उसमें स्पष्ट निचोड़ होता है भले ही अनुसंधान करने के लिए या तो विदेशों में पलायन करना पड़े या स्वयंभू साक्षात हजारों किलोमीटर की अनुसंधान एयरप्लेन यात्रा और जेल यात्रा तक करनी पड़े । जेल में आपकी कैदी बंदी मुलाकात के दौरान मेरे साथ साथी कैदी भाई बहनों ने मुझे जीने का रास्ता आगे जिंदगी को जीने का रास्ता समानांतर अद्भुत इंजीनियरिंग कार्यों के निष्पादन के माध्यम से सलाह दी और मैंने विभिन्न प्रकार के षड्यंत्रकारी सामान का निर्माण किया जिसको आज टोपो साहब की के रिटायरमेंट फेयरवेल में स्वयं गिफ्ट कर रहा हूं और आशा करता हूं कि यह गुप्त बचा हुआ तृतीय विश्व युद्ध स्कूल शादी एयरपोर्ट में नौकरी टावर फाइनेंस और बचा हुआ भगवान गिरी कर धंधा भी मेरे द्वारा दिया गया गिफ्ट निश्चित रूप से अभियंत्रिकीय इतिहास में अद्वितीय होगा और हम दो पाया इंसानों को कम से कम मेरे स्क्रू लिंग और ओला फैट फटी के नहीं पंचर होने तक कायम रखेगा । टोपो साहब वही इंसान है जिन्होंने न सिर्फ मुझे भंडार कार्यों बल्कि कंप्यूटर कार्य और टेक्निकल कार्य हैंडपंप स्थापना प्लेटफार्म निर्माण और जल जीवन मिशन के उनके अधीक्षण यंत्री पद के कार्य निर्वहन के दौरान लिखित आदेश दिए थे बल्कि उन्होंने मेरे सीखचों में कैद बुरे समय में जमानत के उपरांत जीने का रास्ता भी बताया और स्वयं 10 महीने से अप्राप्त वेतन के बदले 78000 का चेक खुद घर लौटने पर लाकर दिया और कहा कि जिंदगी में अच्छे दिन बुरे दिन आते रहते हैं हमें किसी भी स्थिति में आपा नहीं खोना है सिर्फ पगली पुत्रियों के साथ हाथापाई करना है और भले ही आपके अधिकारी डिप्लोमा धारी हो आप से 10 _ 15 साल जूनियर खुद के फीमेल स्टूडेंट्स हो किंतु हमें शासन द्वारा अधिकृत अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में ही समाज की सेवा करना है । कठिन समय में साहब ने वायरस्त काल में स्वर्गीय मोहन सिंह ठाकुर तत्कालीन ईई और तत्कालीन मुख्य अभियंता सेवानिवृत मंडलोई साहब के सम्मुख जो मुझे काबिल बनाया उसी के कारण में वेबसाइट लेखन को निरंतर जारी रख सका और आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण विश्वास है कि टोपो साहब दीर्घायु होकर सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद भी मुझे शेष जीवन चरण सेवा का अवसर देते रहेंगे और सशरीर साबरमती पधार का मुझे आशीर्वाद देते रहेंगे । धन्यवाद
